Ensure that we have clear access to your garden at all times, make sure that any gates are UNLOCKED and that any alleyways or garages and any other access points are kept clear as possible when we are due to carry out a visit.

With regards to locked gates we require either a key or access code, if it is the customers preference not to supply this then please be aware that full cost of visit will be charged for if we attend and are unable to gain entry.

Please ensure that any children’s toys or play equipment or any other objects are moved from your lawns if they are due to be cut. If you are unable to move any equipment, can you let us know prior to your visit.

If there is an excessive amount of objects on the lawns, we may not be able to carry out your maintenance.

Please also ensure if any garden lights or ornaments on lawn these are removed from lawn prior to any visit to enable us to strim and mow the entire lawn.

Also ensure there is no trailing wires on lawn or outskirts of lawn where any of our machinery is likely to catch them as we won’t be held liable for any such damage.

Please ensure that lawns are cleared daily and make sure that there is NO dog or cat poo on the lawns prior to our arrival. If there is excessive dog or cat poo on the lawns, we will not be able to carry out the maintenance but you will still be charged for the visit. If repeat offences are made, we reserve the right to cancel services in full as this poses a severe health risk to us when operating machinery and is cast up.

When your maintenance is being carried out, can you keep any children and pets inside or away from where work is being carried and also avoid approaching us when machinery is in use until such times as we have made your presence known and machinery has stopped for obvious health & safety reasons.

We always check lawns prior to cutting and take every care possible. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that lawns are clear of any debris such as stones/gravel or small objects etc which we may not be aware of and unable to see within the grass.

If there is any small objects left within the lawn, there is a small chance that if our machines were to go over it there is a small risk it could be cast up and may hit a window or vehicle or cause injury. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY for any damage or injury caused due to any items cast up from within the grass.

Please ensure that when other works are being carried out by any other person/s or in person that any areas are fully cleared and no debris is left on or within the lawn to avoid this.

We shall at no time during a maintenance visit bring anything onto your lawn likely to be left behind which would cause any such damage.

Please ensure that any laundry that may be hanging on the line be removed before any maintenance visit is carried out. We do not accept any responsibility if any clean laundry were to become soiled or marked when we are strimming or cutting around it, although every care is taken by us to avoid this.

Please note that grass cuttings will be disposed into your brown bin. It shall be your responsibility to ensure the relevant permits are in place and also bins are placed out to be emptied on any due day.

In the event of not being able to dispose of grass into your brown bin, a charge of £5 per green 90-litre green bag will be charged for waste to be commercially taken away to be disposed.

If wishing to have grass left behind for you to dispose of yourself, this can only be done if an ample amount of heavy duty rubble bags (not black bin bags) are provided and we are made aware of where these are to use ahead of any visit.

Our preferred method of payment is monthly Direct Debit. However, if you wish to pay as you go after each visit, then payment will be due the same day by bank transfer.

In the event of a Direct Debit being returned unpaid or cancelled without contacting us first, services will cease with immediate effect and any payments outstanding will become immediately due.

If paying by bank transfer, if any payment for work carried out remains unpaid after 7 days, services will be suspended until payment is received in full. If a regular visit has been missed due to late or non-payment, then any follow-up visit will be treated and charged as a one-off visit.

You can cancel services at any time, giving at least 24 hours’ notice. If you are paying by Direct Debit, please do not cancel any mandate until you have contacted us, as there may be a balance due to us with payments being spread over the year.

All additional work no matter how small should be booked in advance by contacting us, we are unable to undertake any additional work requests on the day due to busy work schedules and also to ensure we keep our service as dependable and efficient to all clients.

Prices stated for fortnightly grass cutting shall only apply to consistent regular fortnightly visits as stated. In the event of a missed visit due to late or non-payment etc, or request from customer to miss a visit, unless missed visit paid in full, then the next visit will be treated and charged as a one-off visit and price for that visit will vary depending on how long it has been from last visit, but typically an additional minimum charge of 50% above the usual fortnightly rate will be added for any visit up to 28 days from last visit carried out by us.

Prices are usually reviewed annually at the start of each financial year and may rise due to rises in inflation or operational costs. These will be advised to you by email ahead of any new gardening season commencing.

If you no longer wish to carry on with our services, please let us know by email to cancel services in advance of your first visit.
